  • The Trans Youth Emergency Project helps families navigate this complex and exhausting maze, offering logistical and financial support. Their team provides 1-on-1 custom patient navigation services and supports families of transgender youth with emergency grants to help them travel out of state for care

SPARTA advocates for the legal right of transgender service members to serve openly, authentically, and as their affirming gender. Membership is open to all serving transgender, non-binary, and gender-nonconforming personnel in the U.S. Armed Forces.
